Packages & Pricing
All packages include pre-consultation which can be in person or through e-mail to discuss your goals for the session, props and colour preference, clothing and session advice. They also include photographer’s time and talent (communication, shooting, processing of images, custom product design and order fulfillment).
$100 deposit is required to confirm booking and is non-refundable. Balance due at the session. Deposits are due prior to your session date to hold your spot. Prices subject to change without notice. Make sure you also check out my current promotions below on some of the most popular packages.
Current Promotions
Remember you will get $35 discount if you come back for your 2nd session, and get $50 discount for the 3rd and future sessions.
Group Bookings get 5% Discount
If you are booking together with a friend of yours for Maternity or Newborn Photography Sessions, you will get a 5% discount towards each of your package. Know any mom-to-be or family with newborn babies? Ask them to join you.

What happens if I want to reschedule my photo session?
We understand that unexpected situations come up. If you would like to reschedule your photo session appointment, please message me at least 48 hours in advance. Depending upon the circumstances, appointments missed without 48 hours notice (excluding weekends and holidays) may be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to the amount of your deposit.
What does the term “Print Release” mean when I receive my final photographs?
Print release is different from copyright release. Art Hera will release you the right to print photos for personal use (“Print Release”) while we preserve the copyrights of the photographs. You are allowed to produce unlimited amount of prints or album for yourself, but are not allowed to use them commercially. Please note that the photos are only released to you, the client. It does not give your friends or relatives the right to produce prints for your photographs.
Can I share my photos online with friends and relatives?
We love to see you share your photos with friends & relatives on social media. When we release your finished photographs, we always include a set of photos edited specifically for use on social media. These photos have watermark on them so they are protected against unauthorized use. Please never upload your original image (without watermark) to any public / social media platform.
Can I have the raw, unedited files?
At Art Hera Photography, we hand-edit all your photos to perfection, one at a time. Each photo is adjusted to its best potential, and there is no batch process or bulk editing. The raw, unedited photos are not available for purchase. The images we deliver as final product reflect the quality of our work. We will risk damaging our brand if we release unedited image.
